It is a delicious and most pleasurable form of meditation. It is very easy and convenient.

It gives you the same benefits as you get from other form of meditations.

It is very good for the beginners , who want to learn meditation.

It helps in eating less and more stress free and build concentration in no time and whatever your motivations , the chocolate meditation is a great one to learn.

How to do meditation with chocolate

  1. Take a small piece of chocolate : take a small piece of dark chocolate with large cocoa content , we can use other chocolate kiss. It should not be a large piece of chocolate.
  2. Relax your body : take a deep breaths and relax your muscles and body. Before starting the meditation you should be physically relaxed as possible. Close your eyes and be comfortable with it.
  3. Smell , look and nibble : firstly smell the chocolate and enjoy the aroma , after that look at the chocolate and feel in how delicious , yummy it looks , and take a small bite of chocolate. Put it on your tongue and let it melt in your mouth. Pay attention to the flavor coming from the chocolate and get completely absorbed with experiencing the chocolate. Continue your deep breathing and concentrate on the sensation in your mouth.
  4. Concentrate on sensations :  As you wallow , concentrate on the feelings going down and notice how empty mouth feels , then take a second bite , now even notice how your arm feels while raising the chocolate to your mouth. Concentrate on how you feel having chocolate in your fingers and then in your mouth again. Concentrate on the sensations you are feeling.
  5. Focus on present: If any other thought is coming in your mind during chocolate meditation then divert your attention to flavors and sensation related with your chocolate. This helps you to stay focus on the present.
  6. Thoughts about feelings : while enjoying your chocolate, re visit the feeling throughout the day and feel more relaxed after that we can simply resume our day.

Tips for chocolate meditation

  1. Do not consume large quantities of chocolate during exercise.
  2. If you meditate every day , you will find lasting benefits and perhaps even greater resilience towards stress.
